Credit Services is scoped as a restricted SkyBridge apprenticeship pathway. Consumer credit and lending roles are subject to significant state and federal regulatory requirements — including state lending licenses, the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other consumer protection regulations.
When legal review is complete and a compliant pathway framework is established, this pathway would train apprentices in credit analysis support, loan processing, collections operations, and consumer credit counseling — building a credentialed pipeline for Alaska's credit services sector.
