About This Pathway

Risk, Claims & Insurance Support is scoped as a future-phase SkyBridge apprenticeship pathway. Alaska's insurance sector employs a significant workforce in claims processing, risk analysis, and customer service roles that have historically lacked structured apprenticeship pathways.

When developed, this pathway will train apprentices in claims processing, risk assessment, policy administration, and insurance customer service — building a credentialed pipeline for Alaska's insurance industry.

Development is contingent on employer partner readiness, available funding, and SkyBridge program capacity. We are not currently accepting registrations for this pathway.

Important: This pathway is not in active development and is not registered with the U.S. Department of Labor. No timeline for development has been established. All details are preliminary and subject to change.
